We've all heard this phrase a thousand times. What does it mean?

Everyone's approach will be different for everyone is  different.

My approach is daily affirmations, everyday I wake up I Thank God for for waking me up. Everyday I have an agend for the day, so I know where I'm going. My agenda may will vary from day to day, but it always includes being me.Being me and not getting bogged down with little things,but relishing the big things I can  control. Example making breakfast for my son,getting him off to school,making sure he has a after school snack, making sure his homework is done,and making sure we have some fun. That right there is wonderful and fulfilling,but just a small part.I have to also address myself, Thanking God for keeping me moving, and moving in the right direction,keeping negative people from in my fold and distracting me from my journey. I very seldom watch the news because most of the time it's not pretty. I'm a very empathic person, I feel other's people pain, not that it's a bad thing, but what can I do? I pray about it, ask God for guidance for me and the indiviuals and keep it moving. Also every night I reflect on my day.I give myself praise for making it through the day and accomplishing my day. Somedays are more than others but that's life, and living it is a blessing.

Check Up From The Neck Up!!

This is just an all out reality check!

Every once in awhile we all trip, yes trip off of something or someone that has nothing to do with you. Like why did they do that,what's wrong with them,why are they saying that about me,or just being in someone else's drama.
Check up from the neck up! That's their drama, their madness and it really has nothing to do with you. Everyone's life is their own and you can't let someone problem with you be your problem. People come into your life for a reason, season or a lifetime. That doesn't mean that these are friends.

Check up from the neck up! Some people will say their friends and even go through the motions, but talk about you behind your back, spread rumors and lies, and some people will listen while others will just brush it off. People can tell the difference when someone is trying to just dog out a person to make themselves look good.

When someone brings you mess take it in stride, and check up from the neck up. They are so worried about me they can't mind their own business, so caught up in what I'm doing, that they have to comment about it.
Let them those negative vibes are prayers to God's ears to help the one their so worried about.

So hate on haters!!!!!

Keep Your Head Up!!!

Keep your head up, never let them see you sweat,these are a few phrases that people use to inspire.  But what does it really mean?

Confident people walk facing everything head on shoulders back and straight up, no time to ponder or second guessing they just do it! And they do it confidently with aggression and attitude. Are they always successful? No, but will that stop them, no they just re-group, re-plan and re-attack. That's the attitude of success, never giving up. Not seeing things as a setback but a set-up for a comeback.

So keep you head up people, keep looking at the stars and aiming for them!!!!!!!!!

Do you know how special you are?

No one in the world is exactly like you, you are unique,special, and one of a kind. Your views are like no others their your views. No one can feel for you, tell you how you should feel,this is all on you. Your views and ideas are what make you and make you special.

Do not let anyone's opinion of you make you.

You don't know what there agenda is.Some people are drawn to you just to get things from you. Monetary things are the least of your worries. Some peope will try to take your spirit, bring you down and use you up. These are spiritual vampires, and they will suck you dry. So be very careful whom you allow in your fold. Be very selective whom you allow around you and your family.

Keeping The Light On!!!!!

You always need to "Keep The Light On!"

Meaning always be open to new ideas and experiences, and always be willing to learn something new, or a new way of looking at things. This will keep you growing and moving towards a better and new improved sense of being.

And also "Keep The Light On You, meaning you need to be in like/love with yourself to be the best you for you and your family. Take time out for yourself, find a hobby, take a class something that relaxes you and enlightens your being.
